There is an 800 number on the card to call for the balance. Guess you have computers but no phone.

I am trying to check the balance on a gift card. This is the most frustrating business I have come across. There is NO info on the website I had to google office max gift card balance to find out that there is NO way to check it online. Horrible experience with this company's website. Won't recommend to anyone. Probably will go back to using Office Depot.

received a gift card as a gift, did not remember how much it was for so went on line to check and there is a comment on check balance online "no url on file" how user unfriendly is that , will suggest next time to get STAPLES
